The plate magnetic separator needs to be lifted or fixed and installed above the line. Contaminants adsorbed to the surface of the plate magnetic filter need to be cleaned at regular intervals during operation depending on the amount of metal contaminants. This will ensure that the product is filtered effectively.
Built-in neodymium iron boron strong magnet, please shut down the conveyor belt when cleaning to avoid accidents during cleaning.

In contrast to other filters, plate filters are easier to clean, and usually contaminants are attracted to the surface of the plate filter. The cleaning type can use clinker or cardboard to scrape the surface contaminants away, after which the surface is cleaned using a type cloth.
The adsorbed metal parts can be delivered to the maintenance department to identify where the machine has a fault or hidden problem.

1. How the magnetic plate filter should be installed
Usually the magnetic plate separator is installed on top of the conveyor, and depending on the length, width and material density of the conveyor, more than one can be installed. They can be installed at least 1 meter (1.1 yards) apart in the longitudinal direction, or in the transverse direction, side by side (covering the width of the material on the belt).
2. How do I select a plate magnetic filter and a magnetic roller?
Usually plate magnetic filters and magnetic rollers can be used in combination to enhance the filtration effect. The suspended plate magnetic filter can absorb larger ferrous contaminants and parts. The magnetic roller can adsorb and unload contaminants by itself, so it is more suitable for continuous work.
