1. How the magnetic plate filter should be installed
Usually, the magnetic plate separator is installed on top of the conveyor, and depending on the length, width and material density of the conveyor, more than one can be installed. They can be installed at least 1 meter (1.1 yards) apart in the longitudinal direction, or in the transverse direction, side by side (covering the width of the material on the belt).
2. How do I select a plate magnetic filter and a magnetic roller?
Usually plate magnetic filters and magnetic rollers can be used in combination to enhance the filtration effect. The suspended plate magnetic filter can absorb larger ferrous contaminants and parts. The magnetic roller can adsorb and unload contaminants by itself, so it is more suitable for continuous work.
